Challenge
For a delivery business, communication needs to reach people interested in its products and make it easier to place an order.
The project’s challenge was to contribute to online sales growth by directing investment toward audiences with purchase potential and monitoring campaign performance.
Context and strategy
The approach described for the project considered three important variables: geographic proximity, product appeal and purchase intent.
In food businesses, product presentation and the ease of completing an order can influence campaign response.
The strategy sought to connect digital communication with sales opportunities through conversion-focused messages and local targeting.
Execution and monitoring
Campaigns were monitored with attention to conversion indicators and platform-attributed returns.
Interpreting these results helped guide adjustments to communication, audiences and investment allocation, prioritizing relevant opportunities for the business.
Results
The project recorded approximately 46x attributed ROAS, equivalent to about R$46 in campaign-attributed revenue for each R$1 invested in media.
ROAS is the ratio of attributed revenue to advertising spend. It does not represent profit margin or, by itself, establish the campaigns’ incremental contribution to all sales.
The reporting period is not available in this public presentation.
Strategic takeaway
Paid media management for food delivery needs to connect advertising investment, products, service area and conversions. Monitoring indicators helps guide decisions about where to concentrate resources.
Project indicators
